No prior certification is required. You'll complete your own DiSC® assessment as part of pre-work, so you experience the tool before you teach it. A general comfort with facilitating or presenting helps, but we build the rest.
About 1–2 hours of online pre-work, one live 4-hour session (8:30am–12:30pm ET), and a short guided practice session. Most people are ready to facilitate within a week of finishing.
You finish as a Trained DiSC Facilitator and receive an official Impact badge you can add to your email signature, LinkedIn, and proposals. The program also carries 6.5 HRCI & SHRM recertification credits.
